GReAT, LLc was formed in 2000 by Michael Bronska to provide design management, project management, owner representation, and construction management to real estate investors and developers.  In the two decades since starting, GReAT, LLc has provided services to developers, lenders, investors, receivers, attorneys, and other real estate professionals helping to unlock the value of the asset.  

Since starting the company, GReAT, LLc and its affiliates has been involved in over $2B in real estate transactions, 20,000 finished residential lots and multi-family units, and over two million square feet of retail, office, and industrial properties.  

Bronska has been designing, constructing, and developing real estate for over three decades and is responsible for day-to-day management of projects from acquisition to completion, continuing through the management and marketing of the asset, and the disposition.  Bronska’ s real estate development work has spanned urban design, architecture, land planning, and the development of horizontal land development and vertical building development.  With his background and experience, Bronska brings a well organized and implementation oriented, multi-disciplined approach to investment and development through practical and efficient design and construction solutions.   

Bronska earned his Bachelor of Arts with a major in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri (BA cum laude), a Masters in Architecture with an emphasis in urban design from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri (M.ARCH), and a Masters in Business Administration from Arizona State University (MBA).  Bronska is a registered architect in the State of Arizona and the State of Texas.  

Bronska has been an Associate Faculty member at Arizona State University since 2010 teaching real estate finance, real estate investments and analysis, and land development in the Masters of Real Estate Development in the W. P. Carey School of Business and urban planning in the School of Geographical Sciences and Urban Planning.
