Genesis Real Estate Advisory Team, LLC (GReAT) was founded in 2000 by Michael Bronska to provide design management, project management, owner representation, and construction management services to real estate investors and developers. Over the past two decades, GReAT has expanded its reach, offering strategic advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including developers, lenders, investors, receivers, attorneys, and other real estate professionals—helping to unlock and maximize asset value across complex portfolios.
Since its inception, GReAT and its affiliated companies have been involved in over $2 billion in real estate transactions, including the development of more than 20,000 finished residential lots and multifamily units, as well as over two million square feet of commercial space encompassing retail, office, and industrial properties.
Michael Bronska brings over 30 years of experience in architecture, construction, and real estate development. He leads GReAT’s day-to-day project operations from acquisition through completion and disposition, including management and marketing phases. His broad expertise spans urban design, land planning, horizontal land development, and vertical building development. Bronska is known for his practical, implementation-oriented approach, offering efficient, multi-disciplinary solutions that balance design integrity with economic performance.
Bronska holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture (cum laude) and a Master of Architecture with a concentration in urban design from Washington University in St. Louis, as well as an Master of Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He is a registered architect in the states of Arizona and Texas.
In addition to his professional practice, Bronska has served as Associate Faculty at Arizona State University since 2010, teaching courses in real estate finance, investment analysis, and land development within the Master of Real Estate Development program at the W. P. Carey School of Business, as well as in urban planning at the School of Geographical Sciences and Urban Planning.
